Maevadi Hall is a bright and beautifully designed modern meeting space, filled with natural light and offering a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Flexible in its layout, the room can accommodate up to 30 guests in either a boardroom or 50 in a theatre-style configuration.
Equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing technology and fully accessible, Maevadi Hall is ideally suited to meetings, presentations and collaborative events. A peaceful breakout space adjacent to the main room provides a quiet setting for smaller discussions or moments away from the main session.
Set within a striking contemporary stone building, Maevadi Hall is a wonderful example of warm, modern architecture, combining style, comfort and functionality.

The Warrington Room is an elegant, traditional space featuring beautiful wood panelling and an abundance of natural light. Generously proportioned and full of character, the room can accommodate up to 70 guests in a theatre-style layout or 45 guests in a boardroom configuration, making it an ideal setting for meetings, presentations and events.

The Charles Wellbeloved Room is an intimate, traditionally appointed meeting space, featuring elegant wood panelling and beautiful William Morris-inspired décor. Its distinctive interior reflects the heritage of the College, with design details that echo the William Morris organ and windows found in the Chapel.
Combining natural light with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the room provides a characterful setting for smaller meetings, presentations and gatherings. Conveniently located adjacent to the Warrington Room, it can accommodate up to 40 guests in a theatre-style layout or 14 in a boardroom configuration.

The Tomáš Halík Room is a quiet and intimate meeting space, ideal for those seeking a more private and secluded setting. Originally an 18th-century sitting room, it retains a distinctive sense of character and provides a welcoming environment for smaller meetings and discussions. Located away from the main building on the Holywell Street side of the College, the room offers a peaceful complement to our larger meeting spaces. It can accommodate up to 16 guests in a boardroom layout.

Often described as the jewel in the College’s crown, our recently renovated Arts and Crafts Chapel is a beautiful and tranquil space at the heart of the Harris Manchester community. Its magnificent windows, designed by Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris, provide a striking connection to the College’s rich history and heritage.
As the College’s largest community space, the Chapel provides an inspiring setting for both sacred and social occasions, from weddings and blessings to music and arts events, lectures, meetings, religious services and College ceremonies. It can accommodate approximately 140 guests.
The Chapel is a special place for everyone, reflecting the College’s longstanding commitment to freedom of thought and belief and the warm welcome we extend to people of all faiths, genders and ages. Regular services in the Unitarian and liberal religious tradition are held on Sunday mornings, with all visitors welcome to attend.
Available to book for weddings and other special occasions, the Chapel offers a beautiful, historic and deeply memorable setting in which to gather, celebrate and reflect.
